Details of workshop

  • Overview of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) known as Tapping
  • Practical ideas and strategies
  • EFT can be applied to many aspects involved with the diagnosis of autism such as: being denied a request, sensory issues, fears and phobias, inappropriate social behaviors, etc.
  • EFT can help to increase understanding of emotions in a clearer and more logical manner. As a result it can assist the expression of emotions more appropriately.
  • Self-help tool for life

About the Facilitator
Susan Buchik is a Communication Specialist that has supported New Heights families in the past. Susan is passionate about working with children and families using innovative strategies. She has over 20 years of experience working with children on the spectrum.
