A note from our friends at Taking Strides Calgary:
Taking Strides Calgary is an organization based on promoting physical literacy among children impacted by mental and physical disabilities. We currently engage over 100 student and community volunteers to take part in our weekly dryland and aquatics programming, with over 150 children actively taking part in our program. We offer both dryland and aquatics programs, to tackle physical literacy in multiple environments.

W2018 Dryland
Times: 9-10am, 10-11am, 11-12pm (please view the new dryland groups we have for each timeslot when you register!)
Dates: Sundays (Feb 4, Feb 11, Mar 5, Mar 12, Mar 19, Mar 26, Apr 8)
Cost: $35
Location: Clear Water Academy (2521 Dieppe Ave SW)
NEW: We have broken down our dryland times into fluid age groups to improve the effectiveness of the group games that we include in our sessions. This is designed to make the group games more inclusive, and provide us with greater variability in designing these games. Please note that is is a pilot run, and we are looking forward to hearing your feedback at the end of the sessions!
